With the option to stay on the current land ( Eerwah vale 40acres with pool) for 6-9months, possibly longer. You may need to relocate to another location after, if so we can help with the relocating process. 

Unfortunately the owner of the land can’t commit to long term rental of land but the option could be there. 

We are looking to sell with possibility of lease , and not rent.
