Dei Gratia Providence Association - Ticket Return Policy

1. No Refunds on Tickets
All ticket purchases for events hosted by the Dei Gratia Providence Association are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you can transfer your ticket to another party. To transfer your ticket, please send an email to [insert email address] with the following details:

• Your full name and ticket confirmation number.
• The full name and contact details (email and phone) of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket.

Once the transfer request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that ticket transfers must be completed at least [insert time frame] before the event.
